This Privacy Notice describes how Hype Promotions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201829314R), trading as AURMEX, collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website and our business.
Data We Collect
- Contact form submissions. Name, email address, company, subject line and message.
- Data-Room access. Name, email address, hashed password, download logs.
- Server logs. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent string, retained for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Cookies. A session cookie required for authentication into the Data-Room and the CMS.
Purposes
We use the data above to (a) respond to enquiries, (b) authenticate users to the private area and log downloads, (c) operate and secure the website, and (d) comply with our legal obligations, including AML/CFT recordkeeping under the PSPM Act 2019.
Legal Basis
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), we process personal data on the basis of your consent (contact form and Data-Room registration) and our legitimate business interests (security logging), and to meet legal obligations.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data to (a) our regulators and law-enforcement authorities where required by law, (b) our professional advisers under confidentiality obligations, and (c) our service providers acting on our instructions.
Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Contact enquiries and Data-Room download logs are retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described and, where applicable, the minimum five-year retention period required by the PSPM Act.
Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights write to deal@aurmex.com.
International Transfers
Personal data is stored on servers located in Singapore. Where we transfer data outside Singapore, we ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service can be completely secure; do not send us confidential information through insecure channels.
