AURMEX is applying to operate within Singapore's Precious Stones and Precious Metals (PSPM) regulatory perimeter, administered by the Ministry of Law Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Division. This page summarises the regime, our compliance posture, and the boundary with MAS-regulated activity.
The PSPM Regime
Under the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Act 2019, a "regulated dealer" is any person who carries on a business of regulated dealing in precious stones, precious metals or precious products, or acts as an intermediary for such dealing. Registration with the Registrar of Regulated Dealers is required unless a fixed exemption applies.
Regulated dealing includes manufacturing, importing or possessing for sale, selling or offering for sale, and purchasing for the purpose of resale precious metals, as well as selling or redeeming asset-backed tokens. Gold dore bars are unrefined gold and fall squarely within the definition of "precious metal".
AURMEX Regulatory Status
Hype Promotions Pte. Ltd., trading as AURMEX, is in the process of PSPM regulated-dealer registration with the Ministry of Law. Until registration is confirmed, AURMEX does not carry on regulated dealing in Singapore. This page will be updated with the assigned registration number upon issuance.

Sanctions and High-Risk Jurisdictions
AURMEX does not source from, ship to, or engage counterparties located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, nor from any entity or individual listed on applicable sanctions lists.
