AURMEX is a specialist physical gold trading brand of Hype Promotions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201829314R), a Singapore private limited company. The legal entity will be renamed AURMEX Pte. Ltd. in October 2026; both brands will remain in use thereafter.

Hype Promotions Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore on 27 August 2018. The company is an Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares under Singapore law. Its AURMEX wholesale gold bullion brand will start operations after completing its PSPM registration with the Ministry of Law of Singapore.

Supply and Refinery Partners
In each supply-side country we work with a dedicated, experienced local partner as the primary interface for the supply chain — representing our interest, sourcing and qualifying mines and exporters, running due diligence, ensuring the integrity of the chain of custody, and preparing export documentation. In each destination country (UAE, Hong Kong) we have several refinery partners we can activate based on deal structure and country of origin.
Governance
The company operates under a written constitution that reserves certain material decisions for a defined super-majority of shareholders. Bank signatories operate on an initiator / authoriser model, and all counterparties are subject to enhanced due diligence commensurate with jurisdiction and transaction size.
